The Breakfast Club

All are welcome to join a weekly half hour of functional strength and balance exercise immediately following the Park Ridge Community Church's men’s breakfast club. Various topics are presented and discussed over a cup of coffee and light breakfast.  Immediately following, exercise begins in the Great Hall.  Exercises are a mix of sitting and standing using body weight and dumbbells.  No floor work.

Wednesday Morning:

Men's Breakfast 7:00 a.m.                      

Men's Senior Strength 8:30 - 9:00 a.m.

When: Most Wednesdays.
