Individual Training includes fitness assessments and customized exercise programming. I am experienced with both land and aquatic personal training.
Group Exercise is supportive, challenging and fun. Currently, I offer a one hour Saturday morning women's class that is a mix of strength and cardio circuits. Seasonally, I offer aquatics classes at private pools for small groups.
My primary focus is on healthy aging. My experience includes teaching and training in a variety of settings
including; two nationally distinguished life plan communities, a hospital fitness
center, senior centers, country clubs and with private clients. Monday - Thursday, I am a full time trainer at retirement community. Thursday evenings and Friday mornings I am available, on a limited basis, to train clients individually. Success Fitness has been nationally recognized by the National Institute of Health as a spotlight partner.
