Individual training includes fitness assessments and customized exercise programming with an emphasis on private, tailor made exercise.
Boot camp and small group classes offer supportive, challenging and fun weekly group exercise.
I am also a fitness instructor for seniors and have Arthritis Foundatiion certification. Individuals age 65+ may arrange for private, in home, training sessions.
