Individual training includes fitness assessments and customized exercise programming with an emphasis on private, tailor made exercise. I am experienced with both land and aquatic personal training.
Boot Camp and Small Group Classes offer supportive, challenging and fun weekly group exercise. A new Pelvicore small group class is forming for 2015!
Healthy Aging - I am a trainer and fitness instructor at a large retirement community. I offer specialized personal training for older adults privately as well. Individuals age 65 and better may arrange for private, in home fitness assessments and training sessions.
