Individual training includes fitness assessments and customized exercise programming with an emphasis on private, tailor made exercise.
Boot Camp and Small Group Classes offer supportive, challenging and fun weekly group exercise.
65 & Better - I am a trainer and fitness instructor at a large retirement community. I teach Arthritis Foundation Aqua Exercise, Pelvic, Core & Strength training and offer a full complement of personal training for residents. Individuals age 65+ may arrange for private, in home fitness assessments and training sessions.
