It can be hard to find time to be fit, especially if you don't enjoy exercise, so I offer flexible options for individual training and also the camaraderie of small group exercise with friends.
Individual training includes fitness assessments and customized exercise programming. I am experienced with both land and aquatic personal training.
Boot Camp and Small Group Classes offer supportive, challenging and fun weekly group exercise. Currently, I am offering Indoor Winter Boot Camp and a women's Pelvic, Core & Strength class.
Healthy Aging - I am a trainer and fitness instructor at a large retirement community and at a local hospital wellness center. I specialized in personal training for older adults.
